Our coffee beans are chosen and carefully selected among the most appreciated arabical varietes all over the world. They are produced following the organic farming standards and free of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers.

The degree of roasting influences flavours and aromas of the beans, thus our blends are specifically created following our customers needs. Roasting and grinding processes are continually monitored, providing our clients with the opportunity to create their own unique blends.

Our coffees are certified Fair Trade thanks to an agreement with FLO-CERT.
The roastery in Spain and producers are part of an NGO for the development of the area.
